Specifically, the Xbox One, PS4, PC, PS3 and 360 game will launch October 7 in Australia and New Zealand.
The first person game is inspired by the original Ridley Scott movie from 1979 as opposed to their more action sequels (you can read more about it right here in our interview with the developer). It is being created by UK studio, and Total War developer, The Creative Assembly.
“We couldn’t be happier to finally announce a date for Alien: Isolation,” said Creative Assembly’s Creative Lead Alistair Hope.
“The reaction we have seen so far has been simply incredible, from the screams and shrieks to the cold sweats and racing hearts. It’s the Alien game that we’ve always wanted to play and we can’t wait to let everyone get their hands on it this fall.”
