One of the most active voices in Australian game market data, Andrew Milgate has been with NPD Group for seven years.
“It’s hard to think of anyone who sits outside the direct industry who has contributed so much over a sustained period to assisting our members and their staff,” said Ron Curry, CEO of the IGEA.
“Andrew has always made himself available in any way he could, frequently going beyond the expectations of a service company. Andrew has an intimate knowledge of industry sell through which he was always happy to share. He has been a constant and reliable presence and it’s an understatement to say that he will be missed across the whole industry. On behalf of the our members and their teams, we wish Andrew well on his next move and thank him unreservedly for this assistance and contribution to our industry.”
Milgate said: “It has been a pleasure working with you, and I would like to thank you for your cooperation and support over the last seven years that I have been working in this role.”
Taking up the mantle of Account Manager for Video Games at NPD Group is Luis Gil, who comes via The Neilson Company where he managed Television Audience numbers.
