Namco Bandai has announced a 22nd March release date for its upcoming high-octane mech action game for Australia / New Zealand.
The game is receiving a staggered release, landing two days prior in the US and one day later in Europe, while Japan is set for release in the next two weeks.
Armored Core V is the next game by From Software (Demon’s Souls, Dark Souls), being the 14th title in the series and apparently not being a direct sequel to Armored Core IV, harking back to earlier titles in the series with a renewed focus on the tactics of the terrain.
Regardless, the third-person mech action game is a sub-genre which keeps on kicking, and ACV is still looking to be the preeminent mech action title of its kind this year.
Armored Core V is available for PS3 and 360 for AUD$79.95.
