The two final teams will compete in a best of 5 series on September 8 at Bankstown Sports Club, Sydney in a free to attend event. Danny Kim, BenQ says that the final has a strong focus on community, with the event working with ‘R U OK?’, It’s all about the community this year; the platform, the finals, the venue and the ‘R U OK?’ initiative. Esports has always been about the community and looking out for each other, not just a group of gamers but so much more. This finals event will focus on exactly what that is.”
The winner of the finals will receive an all-expenses paid trip to represent the region at the EXTREMESLAND Finals held in Shanghai and compete for their share of the $100,000USD prize-pool (18th – 21st October 2018).
