Founder of the cutting edge diversity and inclusion training company Equal Reality, and a key member of Meta, the company that created the successful augmented reality glasses system, Brennan Hatton is a leader within the Australian augmented and virtual reality industry.
Beginning his journey into virtual worlds over ten years ago, Brennan has since played a key role in kickstarting several virtual reality, augmented reality, games development, and educational social impact companies.
Most recently recognized for his contributions to diversity and inclusion education and training in the Forbes 30 Under 30 2019 of social entrepreneurs, alongside Equal Reality co-founder, and fellow Develop Pacific 30 Under Thirty Member, Rick Martin, for their contributions.
Recently completing the early-stage social entrepreneur incubator Halcyon, Brennan is focused on growing the offerings of Equal Reality, and striving to create more equal workplaces around the world by providing education and training in areas such as gender, race, and physical ability.
Brennan has also created and manages a host of games development events and communities including the popular Global Game Jam Brisbane, the VR AR Gong Facebook page, and Virtual Reality for Diversity and Inclusion community to name a few.
