Nic Claase has started as the new Head of Marketing for GAME Australia this week as Ben Grant moves on to bigger and better things.
Nic will be taking responsibility for developing and executing all of GAME’s local marketing strategies. He comes to GAME from a strong marketing background, having previously worked as the National Campaign Marketing Manager at Vodafone and more recently as the Marketing Manager for online group buying site Cudo.
His experience will strengthen GAME’s B2B, B2C, traditional and digital marketing, and reinforces GAME’s commitment to continuing to build its brand in Australia.
Paul Yardley, Managing Director of GAME Australia, told MCV: “I’m really pleased and excited to welcome Nic to GAME Australia. We have big ambitions in 2012 and I’m looking forward to working with Nic and the rest of the team to deliver on them.”

Nic will be focussing on aligning customer and online marketing strategies directly with the retail stores, and reports directly to GAME MD Paul Yardley.
