After the huge success of the Gfinity Elite Series Season 1, Gfinity is expanding the broadcast of Season 2 to reach more fans than ever.
As well as broadcasting through Twitch, YouTube, Facebook and Twitter, the Gfinity Elite Series Australia, presented by Alienware will now be broadcast on Network Ten’s Eleven channel. “We want to be sharing esports with as many people as possible, and the partnership with Network Ten helped give new audiences a taste of what esports is all about”, says Dominic Remond, CEO of Gfinity Esports Australia. “This partnership will continue to give Eleven’s viewers the opportunity to engage with esports in an accessible and entertaining way,” he added.
News and updates of the event will also be covered across 1800 radio stations on the ARN network including KIIS, The Edge, 97.3FM, 96FM and online at iHeartRadio.
All of Season 2’s games will once again be played live in the HOYTS Gfinity Esports Arena in the Entertainment Quarter, Moore Park Sydney. Tickets will be available in the coming weeks from Gfinity’s website, or matches will be streamed from Gfinity’s Twitch channel with video on demand available afterwards.
