HTMLE goes in, games come out.
Making games is hard, and John ‘Gritfish’ Kane is on a mission to Help To Make Life Easier, with the second release of his HTMLE development tool.
Created to help games developers package and release their projects, HTMLE provides a framework for developers to launch games onto platforms like iOS, Android, and now Steam and Itch.io as of the V2 update.
Helping smaller games developers release their products more efficiently, with less stress, stripping away hours of laborious coding and asset creation. The application of HTMLE extends beyond small indie devs, with the potential to provide schools and non-English speakers more easily navigable release environment for their games.
HTMLE is part of a suite of tools created by Gritfish, launched alongside ‘V/O_coder‘, a tool which quickly generates placeholder voice over assets. And ‘Window Dresser‘, a kit to quickly create storefront assets, screenshots and loading screens for your games.
