What kind of content do you create?
I write opinion-based articles, host and produce a regular podcast (which also conducts interviews with indie devs) and host an ‘archive’ of local gaming events from my area (Newcastle, NSW). I also have populated Instagram and YouTube accounts, but am not currently updating them with new content.
What drives your passion for gaming?
I have played games my entire life, from passing the time casual gaming, to competitive tournaments, to local LANs making countless friends, and even turning to and connecting with games when my life hit hard times. Games have always been a part of my life and something that still enamours me 30+ years later. I don’t think I’ll ever lose my passion for gaming, now being a collector, competitor, and content creator, my passion is stronger than ever.
What do you love most about being a content creator?
I love expressing my opinion in a fun and creative way. I also like to think that others enjoy the way I write and the content I create.
What are your plans for future content?
Immediate plans are to continue creating content as a hobby for now. I would like to expand to Twitch streaming and short (10 min) challenge videos with my podcast team as well. I would love to create content for money one day and even transition my professional skills into the world of video game development if the opportunity came about.
