What kind of content do you create?
Cosplay is my main medium, I also DJ (which I also do while in cosplay) at events such as Neko Nation, Neo Tokyo, and Rocket Science. I played at SMASH! After Dark last year and was recently in the USA to DJ at MAGfest. I’m very slowly learning music production to make my own tracks and am looking into twitch streaming but haven’t quite gotten there just yet… (curse you Australian internet *shakes fist*)
What drives your passion for gaming?
Adventure. Growing up I spent a lot of time playing video games as I didn’t really get to go out much, so I spent a lot of my time lost in a world of fantasy. When I got older and started to make friends that shared the same interests it was nice to be able to share these adventures with them.
These days it’s connected me with friends all over the world and is a great way to relax after a long week, just getting lost in that same way like I did when I was a kid.
What do you love most about being a content creator?
I love being creative for starters. Cosplay has really given me a nice outlet to design and create something using skills that I’m constantly learning and adapting. I also love seeing people happy and having fun, which is one reason I love doing DJ performances so much. Seeing a sea of people dancing and smiling and having just as much fun as I am performing for them is one of the best feelings. I still get really taken back by people that seek me out after shows and tell me how much they loved a set I’ve put together and can’t wait for my next show.
What are your plans for future content?
Definitely aiming to get at least one track out by the end of the year, and really working towards some more difficult cosplay builds. Maybe something armor based as it’s an area I just haven’t tackled yet. I guess being able to do that kind of stuff is always the dream, but for now, I’m happy to have my Batman life and Bruce Wayne life separated.
I’m not opposed to looking into other platforms but at this particular point in time, I’m just not able to do so.
