Another product of EB Games, Emily joined the retailer in 2012, working at their head office for five years, starting in their call centre as customer service,working through several departments to become their Loyalty Campaign Manager for the EB World program.
Marshall highlights helping to organise Starlight Week 2017 as a personal highlight during her time with EB. That year, they smashed previous fundraising records, furthering Starlight’s work to brighten the lives of seriously ill children and their families.
In late 2017, Emily relocated to Sydney, and was keen to get back into the industry. In March last year, she was picked up by Five Star Games as an Associate Brand Manager. In her time with the distributor she has managed a number of tittles, including; Overcooked 2, Persona 3 & 5 Dancing. In total she helped launch 30 titles, across pretty much every genre and platform, to market.
In addition to her work in Brand Management, Emily is also responsible for the FSG website and social media channels.
Speaking to MCV Pacific, Emily said, “I am incredibly honoured to be included on this list, both to be mentioned alongside amazing people I’ve admired for years and as a reminder that I am not 30 (yet).”
