Aussie independent developer Initials Video Games (IVG) has today released Super Lemonade Factory for iOS devices.
The title is the first from IVG, and is also one of a handful of Australian titles being promoted and marketed through Chris Wright’s indie game marketing company Surprise Attack.
An action platformer with puzzle elements, Super Lemonade Factory is a satirical game which juxtaposes simple gameplay mechanics and unassuming graphics with the pretext of a discussion of gender roles, wartime morality and labour relations.
Players assume the role of either Andre or Liselot (a couple who have inherited the factory in question) and must navigate their way through the hazardous factory, moving crates, negotiating traps and speaking to fellow employees as they clear levels.
Super Lemonade Factory is available today for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad for USD$1.99, AUD$1.99, £1.49 or €1.59, and is currently 50% off to celebrate its launch.
