Activision has upped the ante for a local game reveal, with an online ad campaign beckoning people to tune in to Channel 9 tomorrow.
The advertisments (pictured) have been running on various Australian web sites, and ask people to tune in for the reveal of what is undoubtedly the latest in the Call of Duty franchise on Wednesday at 9.45pm on Channel 9.
It remains to be seen whether the reveal will be anything more than an official name and date for the latest installment in the mega-blockbuster franchise, but after Target in the US leaked an image of a box containing the Call of Duty: Black Ops II moniker and a 13th November 2012 release date, it’s looking safe to expect that we’re already prepared for the details which will be confirmed.
In any case, this doesn’t preclude the TV event planned from showing the first footage of the game, so we’ll just have to wait and see.
