Nintendo and Capcom have signed a distribution agreement for Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate.
The deal will see Nintendo assume distribution, sales, PR and marketing duties for the upcoming 3DS and 2DS title.
Published and developed by Capcom, Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is an enhanced edition of Monster Hunter 4 which was never released outside of Japan.
Nintendo says Ultimate represents the “biggest leap forward ever for the series” with the option for four-player co-operative play over the internet a key new feature.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate is due for release in early 2015.
