New Zealand’s game developers have thrived in the transition from physical to digital media.
That’s the view of the NZ Game Developers’ Association’s Stephen Knightly, according to a Develop Pacific report.
“There have been games studios in New Zealand for 30 years or more, but about 7 years ago, when digital distribution became viable, New Zealand got in early – New Zealand got in first,” Knightly told new Develop Pacific editor Leigh Harris.
Develop Pacific is the latest project from MCV’s sister site, delivering development news from our region to Europe’s only site dedicated to the game development industry.
