After six and half years Snezana and EA have parted ways.
Snezana joined EA from 2K Games in December 2010 as PR Manager, rising to her most recent position, Senior Communications Manager – Asia Pacific & MEA, with major territories including Australia, NZ, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Korea, Middle East and South Africa.
In her time with EA Snezana, who was a member of our 2015 and 2016 Women In Games List, counts a number of activations and initiatives as some of her career highlights. This includes; the execution of the Star Wars Battlefront Bus, the Battlefield Academy – a culturally specific online hub to on-board fans to the franchise in the Middle East, the Barclays Asia Trophy FIFA game media events in Hong Kong and Singapore respectively, the Westfield Matildas FIFA women’s team announce, cover vote and media tour, carrying out the recruitment of influencers as EA advocates and responsible for brand engagement of EA Asia Pacific social channels and being part of the team that made Battlefield 1 the #1 best-selling title for 2016.
Speaking to MCV Pacific about her departure, Snezana said, “It is with a heavy heart that I confirm my departure from EA. During my tenure, I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the most talented, creative and inspiring developers, media, content creators, marketeers and communications professionals. To be entrusted to build awareness, demand and engagement for EA brands across the APAC and Middle East region had been an incredible and rewarding experience. I am departing with a wealth of memories, knowledge and experiences that only this industry can deliver. “
