Former EA, 2K and QVS staffer, Snezana Hay has launched boutique full-service communications agency and consultancy firm, SPEAK Communications.
Drawing on her year’s in the field, SPEAK Communications is dedicated to delivering first-class campaigns and exceptional results. Creative, detail-oriented and results-driven, they are relentless in their pursuit in ensuring brands cut through the noise and makes an impact.
Taking a highly tailored and creative approach, SPEAK specialises in; events and activations management, communications strategy, Influencer and celebrity collaborations, content creation and media relations.
Originally founded in 2017, SPEAK Communications is set to ramp up massively in 2019. Speaking to MCV Pacific Hay said, “Founding my own PR business has always been my ultimate goal. Without the good fortune of having worked for some for the world’s most prominent brands and the industry’s sharpest minds, this goal would have gone unrealised and I extend my thanks and gratitude to those whom have shaped my career and approach to PR. SPEAK Communications was successfully soft launched mid-last year, and this has allowed me to proceed with expansion plans for the agency in 2019 and beyond. I couldn’t be more excited for the year ahead.”
Continuing Hay said, “Most of those reading this will know me from my time in the videogames industry – from QVS, 2K Games and finally to EA – however, since 2017 I have been embedded in the world of fashion and lifestyle. Being sat on the briefing side of the table for a number of years has given me the invaluable insight and skillset to identify what gaps exist, what the client’s wants and needs are and how to deliver them exceptional results in the shortest period of time. It’s been noteworthy to see the similarities in business functions between the industries. One surprising point is that the videogames industry is streets ahead of the others when it comes to utilising digital levers and communicating directly to their community, which has given me a real advantage in tailoring strategies for companies in other spaces.”
