Throwdown Esports host PUBG and Rocket League finals on Twitch in weekend doubleheader

Throwdown Esports is set to showcase a huge weekend of action with the Throwdown Esports PUBG and Rocket League finals taking place this weekend, with a total prize pool of AUD$1.765M.

Starting from 12 pm AEDST on Saturday, October 13, the Predator PUBG OCE Open Series Powered by Throwdown Esports will have 18 battling it out for a local prize pot of AUD$15k. The winner will also get automatic qualification into the Predator League finals being held in Thailand, and the chance to stake a claim for part of the US$250K prize pool.

Sunday’s esport excitement includes the Rocket League OCE¬†Championship from 12 pm AEDST. After 8 weeks of hard-fought play, 4 teams are left standing in a double elimination bracket to decide the Rocket League OCE Champions and share the US$50k prize. Two teams will progress into the RLCS World Championships and compete for the huge US$1M prize.
