The amazing demo of the upcoming Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag from PAX Australia is now viewable on Youtube.
The demo takes players through the seamless integration of the many things they’ll be able to do in the Caribbean open world.
It shows off what people will be doing outside the main story elegantly, transitioning from on foot chases sequences to naval battles, treasure hunts to stealth assassinations with ease.
It’s certainly a huge step from the segmented and loading-time hampered Assassin’s Creed III, and the lack of menus makes for a nice change.
It seems the new game is part Assassin’s Creed, part Sid Meier’s Pirates and part Red Dead Redemption, a holy trinity of stellar mechanics.
