Introducing its latest business unit, Nexus, Wargaming is positioned to enter the mobile gaming category in the near future.
Set to continue the companies strategic initiatives in the mobile gaming sector, developing products with high market potential and novel gameplay mechanics, Nexus will be Headed by Mike Belton, Wargaming’s Head of Global Marketing and PR of 10 years.

According to Wargaming, Nexus has been in the works since 2018, where a partnership with Epic Games and a newly implemented set of initiatives positioned Wargaming to enter the Eastern European mobile games market.
Nexus has been formed in order to fully capitalize on the capabilities of UE4, and other advanced solutions to create original mobile gaming titles with potential cross-platform prospects.
In a recent press release, Wargaming described Nexus’ recent achievements; Over the last six months, Wargaming Nexus has engaged into dozens of partnerships with Eastern and Central European studios using UE4, and six projects with innovative gaming mechanics have already reached the prototype stage.
