When we last featured Eve, it was a part of our inaugural Women In Games list, back in 2015. Some seven months later she would appear in our 2015 30 Under Thirty and in 2016 was included in MCV Pacific’s The List. Since then, Eve has from strength-to-strength.
After departing InComm in December of 2016, she joined The Walt Disney Company for five months, before rejoining the games industry with Nintendo Australia and New Zealand in May last year as a Marketing Specialist. Here she would act as the collaborative lead on national marketing campaigns including ARMS, Super Mario Odyssey, Xenoblade Chronicles 2 and most recently, the interactive DIY product line Nintendo Labo.
Additionally, Eve has coordinated activations at non-traditional gaming events, such as The Bloggers Brunch. She has been dedicated in trying to break down gaming barriers for curious (and sceptical!) Mothers.
Speaking to MCV Pacific about her inclusion in the 2018 Women In Games List, Eve said, “I’m so excited to be featured alongside such talented women in this years’ Women in Games list. To receive this kind of acknowledgement as a Mum working in the industry is particularly inspiring, since I thought my gaming credibility was all but lost!”
