Xbox to release supply crates across Australia to celebrate launch of PlayerUnknown's Battlegrounds

Xbox will release three supply drops to celebrate the title’s launch.

This weekend on Saturday December 9, Xbox Australia will be bringing the rush and excitement of PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds (PUBG) to life by releasing three separate supply drops in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

The supply crates will each feature a range of great Xbox and PUBG prizes, from Xbox One X consoles and Elite Controllers, to Xbox Live codes, PUBG loot and PUBG game codes which will unlock when the game is released on December 12.

Just like in PUBG, getting to the supply crate as fast as possible is key to securing the best loot with 25 prizes available at each location.

To obtain the loot from each supply crate, participants must keep an eye on the Xbox ANZ Facebook page for more details around the location and the password which will unlock the loot inside. The location of the crates across each city will be announced via a dedicated Facebook event page for each location on the Xbox ANZ Facebook Page. The password will also be revealed via the Xbox ANZ Facebook page on Saturday December 9which participants will need to say to the staff members on hand when they arrive at the crate’s location in order to obtain the loot from the crate.
